How long does setup take?
About 15-20 minutes. Connect your accounting software, set approval rules, upload your first invoice. Most teams are processing invoices same day.
What if OCR gets something wrong?
Every invoice is reviewed before posting. If you correct an error, the system learns for next time. Accuracy improves with use.
Can I use this for multiple companies or clients?
Yes. Enterprise plan includes multiple workspaces, each with separate data, users, and accounting connections. Popular with accounting practices.
What formats do you support?
Currently PDF invoices. Photo and scanned[10.1] document support launching Q2 2025
Which accounting systems do you integrate with?[

Is it MTD compliant?

What happens to my data if I cancel?
Export everything before cancellation. We retain data for 90 days, then permanently delete it. You can request immediate deletion.
Do you have a contract?
No. Month-to-month billing, cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
Where is my data stored?
